First Course: Chicken Hearts served on wooden plank with a boiler maker consisting of a Sailor Jerry Rum shot and Lenore Pale Ale - “Walk the Plank”
Amuse: Smoked and confit peanuts
Beer Served in tankards for social time (Pale Ale beer)
Second Course: Deep fried suckling pig w/ beer (Pale Ale beer)
Third Course: Sword fish collars w/ beer (Pale Ale beer)
Fourth Course: White Trash tiramisu (twinkie based) w/ dessert beer created on site at Scarlet Lane (coffee stout)
